Announcing the fifth volume of the seventh edition of the Farmers’ Guide to Disaster Assistance. “Volume 5: Disaster Set-Aside Program” is the fifth in a series of guides that will describe the rules for programs such as the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP), Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP), Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP), Farm Service Agency Emergency Loans, and other disaster assistance programs.
